Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the package will be left at your house. We cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as incorrect addresses, USPS/UPS/FedEx shipping delays, severe weather, forwarding issues etc. If your package is sent back to us for incorrect address and/or forwarding issues, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package again.

FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!

U.S. Free Standard Shipping:
Most orders will ship out within 2-7 business days of ordering and arrive in 4-7 business days from shipped date via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

"Business days" are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST:

Orders will ship out from our warehouse within 2-7 business days. Please note all orders placed on tokihut.com are in USD. You may incur conversion fees from your bank. You will also be responsible for customs fees in addition to shipping fees. Rates will vary based on the individual bank and typically range from 1% to 3% of the total order.

For most countries, you can expect delivery in 8 to 12 business days from the time your order is shipped out from our warehouse, depending on your country’s customs requirements.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS, UPS or FedEx to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
