I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
Orders are made to order and ready to ship in 4-7 days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 2-4 days, and 6-14 business days internationally. All orders have a tracking number.
How much is shipping?
All domestic U.S. orders ship FREE!
Canada shipping: $19+
Shipping to all other countries: $49+
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide!
Does it come assembled?
Our functional design allows you to simply slide all parts in place in under 10 minutes! NO TOOLS NECESSARY! All of our wooden creations arrive carefully packed with all pieces needed and instructions to assemble.
I am an international customer (outside USA). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fedex. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Toki Hut.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
Can I return my item?
We only accept returns on domestic orders (within U.S.) We do not accepts returns on international orders (outside of U.S.) at this time. The item must be brand new, unused, and in the original condition. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns with bite/scratch marks and pee/poop stains, odors and markings.
Please email: info@tokihut.com within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a return.
Return shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be shipped within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued as long as the item is returned in the original condition.
