I placed an order. When will my package arrive?

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after the order is placed.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.  Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed Monday through Friday.

If it's a pre-order, please read the full description on the product page to get delivery details because ship out times will be much longer than usual.

"Business days" are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide!

 

How much is shipping?

All domestic U.S. orders ship FREE!

International shipping fees are shown at checkout based on your address

 

Can I return my item?

We only accept returns on domestic orders (within U.S.) within 15 days of delivery.  We do not accepts returns on international orders (outside of U.S.) at this time.  The item must be brand new, unused, and in the original condition.  Unfortunately we cannot accept returns with bite/scratch marks and pee/poop stains and odors.

Please email: tokihutshop@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery to arrange for a return. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer and must be shipped within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued as long as the item is returned in the original condition.

 

I am an international customer (outside USA). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or FEDEX.  Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Toki Hut. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States. 

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
